Who are the target audience for this site?
This site is for non-native Arabic speakers who want to learn Arabic as a second language or get some help to develop their Arabic skills; conversation, reading, writing, listening or grammar.

Why would anyone want to learn Arabic language?
Many people want to learn Arabic language because they live in Arab country and they want to be able to communicate with their colleagues and neighbours. Others have Arab relatives and want to build relationships with them. Some people are planning to visit an Arab country and they want to talk to local people and understand their conversation. There are also people who learn the language for a religion purpose. Whatever the reason is, learning a new language is always a great opportunity.

What is the difference between online lessons and in-person lessons?
Online lesson: is a lesson you can take anywhere with a real tutor by access to a computer (or phone) with internet connection. You can meet your tutor in Skype, Hangout or Whatsapp (your choice) via audio (voice) calls only. We like to avoid the video calls to maintain excellent internet connection.
In-person tutoring: is a lesson you can take face to face with a real tutor if you and the tutor live in the same place.

Usually, we use our own resources and worksheets so you won't need to pay extra on any book.

How many hours would I need to learn Arabic?
It depends on your level or knowledge in Arabic language. Your teacher should decide that in your first free session.

What can I learn if I only booked 12 lessons?
If you are a complete beginner, you will learn Arabic alphabet and basic expressions and sentences to be able to make simple conversation. However, learning Arabic alphabet is not essential, we can teach you the speaking language right from the first class. It all depends on your goal. We design the class to fit your need and the goal you want to achieve.

Can I learn Arabic dialect instead of Modern Standard Arabic?
Of course. You can make this decision when you fill the application.

What do I need to start Arabic lessons?
  • A computer, tab or phone
  • Skype, Hangout or Whatsapp account (your choice) to make the voice calls 
  • Internet connection
  • Microphone and speaker.

How can I register for online lessons?
(1) Go to Registration Form
(2) Fill the application then press SUBMIT FORM, and you are done.
(3) You will get answer via 48 hours to confirm the first session, date and time.
(4) If the time is not suit the teacher schedule, we will reach you to rearrange to the closer time.
(5) Meet your teacher in the first session for 15 minutes (It is a free session).
(6) After the 1st session, we will contact you to see if you are interested to proceed.
(7) If you like our program and want to proceed, you make a payment.
(8) You proceed the learning journey.

Who is the tutor/teacher?
She is a native Arabic teacher with a bachelor's degree in Arabic language. She has over 10 years of teaching experience to non-native speakers.

What am I going to do in the 1st session?
  • Meet your teacher and introduce each other.
  • Discuss your needs and any special requests for learning Arabic.
  • Test your knowledge in Arabic language (unless you don't no any Arabic).
  • Have a short Arabic class so you can decide if our service suits you.

How can I make the payment to proceed Arabic lessons?
You can send a bank transaction or you can use PayPal.

What about cancellation during free sessions?
You can do it any time without any fees. Just reply on our email.

What about cancellation after I pay the fees?
If you pay for the 12-lesson package, then you change your mind for any reason, We will refund your money and we will only deduct the number of classes you had. However, for any purchasing, you have 3 months to use the lesson (lessons) you purchased. After 3 months of purchasing the lesson, we don't provide any refund.

Can I pay for a one lesson only?
Yes, you can. When you fill your application, mention in Suggesting Box that you need one lesson.

Around 15 minutes.

Usually it is 30 minutes.

Can I postpone any session during the program?
Yes, you can if you send a postpone request to your teacher's email before 24 hours from your session's time.

No, we only provide an evaluation for Arabic skills if the learner asked for.
