Who are the target audience for this site?
This site are for non-native Arabic speakers who want to learn Arabic as a second language or get some help to develop their Arabic skills; conversation, reading, writing, listening and grammar.

What is the difference between online lessons and in-person lessons?
Online lesson: is a lesson you can take anywhere with a real tutor by access to a computer with internet connection. You will meet your tutor in Skype, you can choose video chat or audio chat.
In-person tutoring: is a lesson you can take face to face with a real tutor if you and the tutor live in the same place. For now, we only provide in-person for whom live in Jeddah.

Is there any book required in Arabic lessons?
Usually, we use our resources and worksheets so you won't need to pay extra on any book. But it also depending on the subjects you want and how do you want to use Arabic, which be decided by 1st session with your teacher/tutor.

How many hours would I need to learn Arabic?
It depends on your level or knowledge in Arabic language. Your teacher should decide that in your first free session.

What can I learn if I booked only 5 lessons?
You only need (5 lessons + 1 FREE) to learn how to read and write in Arabic, beside of learning short conversations and some vocabularies. You may also booked 5 lessons to improve language skills if you already know Arabic alphabets.

Can I learn Arabic dialect instead of Modern Standard Arabic?
Of Course. You can make this decision when you fill the application.

What do I need to start Arabic lessons?

How can I register for online lessons?
(1) Go to Registration Form
(2) Fill the application then press SUBMIT FORM, and you are done.
(3) You will get answer via 24 hours to confirm the first session, date and time.
(4) If the time is not suit the teacher schedule, we will reach you to rearrange to the closer time.
(5) Meet your teacher in first session for 40 minutes (It is a free session).
(6) After 1st session, we will make another contact with you to ask if you like to proceed.
(7) If you like our program and want to proceed, you make a payment according to Prices and Offers page.
(8) You proceed the learning journey.

Who are the tutors/teachers?
They are Arabic native speakers with good experience in tutoring and teaching native and non-native speakers. You can see them on Our Team page.

What am I going to do in 1st session?
  • Meet your teacher and introduce each other.
  • Discuss your needs and any special requests for learning Arabic.
  • Testing your knowledge in Arabic language (unless you don't no any Arabic).
  • The tutor will design a special plan for you and what resources will be used
  • Set a suitable schedule to start your lessons.

How can I make the payment to proceed Arabic lessons?
You can send bank transferring or by PayPal.

What can I do if I don't like the teacher?
In case you don't like the tutor, we prefer to know the reasons. If the reasons couldn't be fixed, you can have another teacher depending on their schedules.

What about cancellation during free sessions?
You can do it any time without any fees.

What about cancellation after I pay the fees?
You can refund your fees even after you pay ONLY within the first 3 lessons of your payment. There will be deducting expenses charges on your payments (The lessons that has been taken by you + any taxes or transferring fees)

Can I pay for a one lesson only?
Yes, you can. When you fill your application, mention in Suggesting Box that you need one lesson and we will reach you for any further details via 24 hours.

How long does the first session (the consultant session) take?
Around 40 minutes.

How long does the regular sessions (which is any session after the consultant session) take?
Usually it is 60 minutes unless you want to customize your lessons, see Prices & offers page.

Can I postpone any session during the program?
Yes, you can if you send a postpone request to your teacher's email before 24 hours from your session's time.

Do you provide a certificate after I finish my Arabic lessons?
No, we only provide an evaluation for Arabic skills if the learner asked for.
